The Experiture platform is designed to provide marketers with a flexible, intuitive dashboard to manage customer data, create campaigns, and analyze engagement. Upon logging into Experiture, users are directed to the Campaign Dashboard, the central hub for accessing different sections of the platform. This guide walks through the primary navigation icons and their associated functions.

1. TARGETS

  • Description: This section contains customer data that can be segmented and targeted within campaigns.

  • Screens under TARGETS:

    • Audiences: Create and manage segments of customer data based on various criteria for targeted campaigns.

    • All Targets: A comprehensive list of all customers, presented in a table that can be searched, sorted, and filtered.

    • Subscriptions: Manage customer opt-outs across channels (e.g., email, SMS).

    • Data Model: Define and manage the fields used for customer segmentation and personalization.

2. CAMPAIGNS

  • Description: The heart of the platform, where users can create and manage campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Features:

    • Create campaigns ranging from one-time blasts to ongoing omnichannel workflows.

    • Configure branching logic for complex workflows and trigger-based campaigns.

3. INBOUND MARKETING

  • Description: Configure landing pages for lead capture, especially useful for inbound campaigns such as Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Display Ads.

  • Features:

    • Customize lead capture pages for each inbound campaign.
