Creating a Lead Page in Experiture

The Lead Pages feature in Experiture enables you to create highly targeted landing pages that integrate with other elements of your marketing campaigns. Lead Pages are designed to help you create response options for your advertising campaigns or online content marketing efforts, as well as track lead interactions, and gather valuable insights. Additionally, you can add alerts and other components, you can stay informed of key interactions and optimize your engagement strategy.

The Lead Pages feature in Experiture provides flexibility and control in designing landing pages that are personalized for your target audience. By using GURLs, setting up notifications with alerts, and selecting sources, you can effectively manage your lead generation campaigns and optimize for better results.

This article will guide you through the process of adding a new lead page to your campaign.

Step 1: Accessing the Lead Page Dashboard

To begin, navigate to the Lead Pages section within the Experiture platform. This can be found in the top navigation bar, next to Lead Analytics and Responses. From here, you will see an overview of your Active Pages and Draft Pages, allowing you to manage and edit your existing lead pages.

Step 2: Adding a New Lead Page

To create a new lead page, click the Add Lead Page button located at the top of the dashboard. This will bring up a window where you can configure your campaign by adding a lead page and its components.

Step 3: Configuring the Lead Page Components

Once you click Add Lead Page, a new configuration window will appear with the following options:

  1. Search/Display Campaign Setup

    • Your Campaign Will Include:

      • GURL (Global URL): This option allows you to include a unique, trackable URL for your campaign that directs users to a personalized landing page.

      • Landing Page: This represents the customized landing page that visitors will be directed to after clicking the GURL. You can personalize content and design based on the user’s profile, helping to increase engagement and conversions.

  2. Add Components: Alerts

    • Alerts: You have the option to enable alerts by checking the box in this section. Alerts will notify you or your team when specific interactions occur during the campaign. These include:

      • A target receiving a mail piece

      • A target visiting a GURL (Global URL) landing page

      • A target responding to an online survey or lead request

    • These alerts can be transmitted to designated members of your marketing or sales team, helping you keep track of critical engagement points in real time. You can also configure who receives these alerts based on the nature of the interaction.

  3. Sources (Uncheck All / Check All)

    • The Sources section allows you to filter or select specific sources from which to gather leads and interactions. These sources might include external databases, integrated CRM systems, or other marketing tools that are connected to the Experiture platform. The options in this section give you granular control over where your leads are coming from and how they are managed.

Step 4: Finalizing Your Campaign

Once you’ve configured your campaign by adding a landing page and choosing the appropriate components, click the Next button. This will guide you to the next step, where you can finalize the design, content, and tracking features of your landing page. After confirming all settings, your new lead page will be ready for use in your marketing campaign.

Understanding the Lead Page Dashboard

  • Active Pages: This tab displays all of the live landing pages currently in use. From here, you can monitor performance, edit pages, or pause campaigns as needed.

  • Draft Pages: The Draft Pages section lists all the landing pages that are in progress but have not yet gone live. You can revisit these drafts, complete their setup, and publish them when ready.
