1. Campaign Overview Section
Campaign Name & Search: Use the dropdown to filter campaigns by name or use the search bar to quickly find a specific campaign.

Category & Sort Filters: Filter your campaigns by category (e.g., email, direct mail) and sort them by date created, launch date, or other criteria.

View Live and Archived Campaigns: Switch between your Live Campaigns and Archived Campaigns using the toggle buttons at the top of the screen.
2. Campaign List
Each campaign is listed with a few key details for quick reference:
Campaign ID: Unique identifier for each campaign.
Date Created: The date the campaign was created.
Launch Date: Scheduled or actual date the campaign was launched.
Targets: The number of contacts targeted in the campaign.
Messages Deployed: Total number of messages sent out within this campaign.
For each campaign:
Campaign Image: Displays the visual associated with the campaign (such as a logo or banner).
Email/Tracking Touchpoints: Click the email or call tracking links to view and edit those specific campaign components.
Responses: Track the responses, including the number of opens, clicks, and other relevant data metrics.
3. Campaign Actions
For each campaign, several action icons are available:
Campaign Settings (Gear Icon): Access the campaign's configuration options, including editing the campaign's details, target list, or touchpoints.
Reports (Bar Graph Icon): View detailed analytics on campaign performance, including delivery rates, open rates, and response tracking.
Expand/Collapse (Arrow Icon): Use the dropdown arrow to reveal or hide additional campaign details and available actions.
4. Quick Access Toolbar (Left Sidebar)
The left-hand sidebar provides quick access to key sections of the platform:
Analytics: Review your campaign’s performance metrics in detail.
Contacts: Manage your contact lists and segmentation.
Content: Create and edit your email templates, landing pages, and more.
Journeys: Design and configure your multi-touchpoint journeys.
Campaigns: Access your campaigns dashboard, where you can create new campaigns or manage existing ones.
5. Create Campaign Button
Click the Create Campaign button in the top-right corner to start building a new campaign from scratch or using pre-built templates.

Campaign Search Section

Campaign Name:
Search for campaigns by their exact name. This option is useful when you know the title of the campaign you are looking for.Campaign Description:
Search campaigns by the description provided during campaign setup. Use this option to locate campaigns based on specific keywords or details in the description.Campaigns Created Using...:
Filter campaigns based on the platform, channel, or tool they were created with. This helps to narrow down campaigns by creation method or channel (e.g., email, SMS, direct mail).Component Name:
Search campaigns by component names used in the campaign, such as specific email templates, landing pages, or other assets tied to the campaign.Date Created:
Search by the creation date of the campaign. You can filter campaigns that were created within a specific date range, making it easy to find older or recently launched campaigns.Date Modified:
Search by the last modification date. This option helps you find campaigns that were recently updated or edited, even if they were initially created a while ago.
How to Use the Campaign Search Function:
Select the Search Criteria: Use the dropdown menu to select how you want to search (by name, description, component, or date).
Enter Search Terms: In the search bar, enter relevant keywords or date ranges based on your selected criteria.
Execute Search: Click the green search icon (🔍) to apply the filter and display the results matching your criteria.

Campaign Sorting Section
The Sort feature allows you to organize and view your campaigns based on various attributes. The dropdown menu provides different sorting options to help you quickly find and prioritize campaigns based on your preferred criteria.
Here’s a detailed explanation of the sorting options available:
Date Created:
Sorts campaigns by the creation date, from newest to oldest or vice versa. This is useful when you need to view campaigns in the order they were initially created.Recent Activity:
Sorts campaigns by the most recent activity, such as recent edits, message deployments, or changes. This helps you keep track of ongoing or active campaigns.Date Modified:
Sorts campaigns by the last modification date. Campaigns that were updated most recently will appear at the top, allowing you to focus on the campaigns that have been recently worked on.Name:
Sorts campaigns alphabetically by name, either A-Z or Z-A. This is helpful when you are looking for a specific campaign but only know its name or need to browse campaigns in order.Target Count:
Sorts campaigns by the number of targets they include. This option is useful when managing campaigns of varying sizes and helps you easily identify campaigns with the largest or smallest target audiences.Campaign Category:
Sorts campaigns by their category (e.g., Email, SMS, Direct Mail). Use this option to group campaigns based on the type of marketing channel or strategy they belong to.
How to Use the Sort Function:
Select the Sort Criteria: Click the dropdown menu to choose the attribute by which you want to sort the campaigns.
Adjust Sort Order: Use the arrow icon next to the dropdown to toggle between ascending and descending order.
Refresh the List: Once your sorting criteria are selected, the list of campaigns will automatically update to reflect the selected sorting order.
Sorting campaigns effectively helps you manage and prioritize your marketing efforts, allowing you to focus on the most relevant campaigns based on their creation date, activity, target size, and more.
